One thing that shocked us during our journey was how hard it was to find women-specific nutrition, health and sports performance information. For example, did you know that macronutrient requirements may change during the menstrual cycle, due to hormone fluctuations? Maybe those cravings make a bit more sense, now. How should that be incorporated into your training?
We hope to compile some of that information here, though it will be an ongoing process. And since we want to make sure it's relevant to you, we need your help.
