Sophie is a registered dietitian nutritionist who has been coaching clients for over 12 years.  She has also been a certified personal trainer for 6 years. Sophie understands the Asian and Latin cultural food well, and she specializes in creating a customized cultural-sensitive program that works for her clients. Sophie doesn’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, she helps clients develop healthy mindsets and promote behavior changes that are long-term and sustainable. Combining nutrition and exercise, Sophie is able to help her clients achieve a healthy lifestyle change and maintain it for the long run.
