Love It or We’ll Make It Right

We believe real-food fuel should help you feel your best. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Levelle Nutrition product, let us know within 30 days of confirmed delivery and we’ll make it right.

Items Covered by the Guarantee

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first-time purchases and covers up to one (1) consumable product per product line (for example, one protein item and one energy gel item).

Coverage extends for thirty (30) calendar days starting from the confirmed delivery date.

If eligible, you may choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method for the price paid.

Limitations:

  • Taste, texture, or tolerance issues are eligible; performance or results-based claims (e.g., energy boost, recovery speed) are excluded.
  • Only purchases made directly through our website (www.levellenutrition.com) are eligible. Orders placed through resellers, retailers, or third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Faire) are not eligible.
  • Consumable products purchased on clearance or final sale or marked as "excess stock" are not eligible.
  • Non-consumable products, such as accessories, apparel or gear are not eligible.
  • Products received as gifts are only eligible for store credit to the recipient.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Claim the Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery to submit a guarantee request.

To request a refund or store credit:

Email support@levellenutrition with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re unsatisfied.

  1. You may be asked to provide photos of the product or packaging, or other information to help us assess your request.
  2. If approved, your refund or credit will be issued within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to finalize the transaction on their end.

Guideline Restrictions

Levelle Nutrition reserves the right to:

  • Verify information provided in any claim;
  • Deny requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive usage of the policy; and
  • Amend or terminate this satisfaction guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Standard Returns and Exchanges

Consumable Products

Food Safety First: Because our products are consumable, we can’t accept returns once they leave our facility, unless they’re covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Consumable Products

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Non-consumable products purchased on clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • There is a $7 default return shipping fee for all returns.

To request a return:

  • Email support@levellenutrition.com to obtain a return authorization and prepaid shipping label. The $7 default return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to store credit or the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right through a replacement or refund.

Do NOT consume damaged or defective food products.

If packaging appears leaking, bulging, dented, or has an off odor, discard it immediately.

Consuming compromised food items can pose serious health risks, including foodborne illness.
