Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email with an estimated restock or ship date.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 within the continental U.S.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather disruptions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
You can also log in to your account at any time to view your order status.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

Check around your delivery area and with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.

Verify your shipping address.

Contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) with your tracking number.
If your package cannot be located after 3 business days, please contact us at support@levellenutrition.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note that Levelle Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded if the error originated from customer input.
If you realize your address is incorrect, email support@levellenutrition.com immediately - before your order ships - and we’ll do our best to update it.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email support@levellenutrition.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the packaging and affected items. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns
Food and nutrition products are generally non-returnable for safety reasons. Please review our Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy for details on eligible refunds or store credits.
Preorders & Backorders
If you place a preorder, your payment will be processed immediately to reserve your item(s). Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
